I’ll create your personalized workout program designed around your lifestyle, and we’ll review it together, adjust as needed, and make sure you have everything you need to get started.
3 - Review & Initial Meeting
I’ll review your information and reach out to schedule an initial meeting, where we’ll discuss your goals in more detail, answer and questions and tailor your program to your unique needs.
4 - Ongoing Support & Check-ins
From there, we’ll schedule periodic check-ins based on your personal preference to provide ongoing guidance, and any program adjustments to keep you satisfied, and motivated with your program going forward—no guesswork, just progress.

With a B.Sc. (Honours) in Kinesiology, two personal training certifications, and years of experience in athletic therapy, rehab, and coaching, I bring an evidence-based, results-driven approach to personalized fitness.
